We are not OSHA/ADA approved and it is therefore illegal for us to let you use any restrooms at our sales.
We offer refunds on select non-working electronics and defective items, subject to our discretion. Refunds must be made by contacting us within one week of purchase. You can read our return policy here.
We've found it's better for everyone when the same discount and prices apply to every single shopper, including family.
Need to come back with the right equipment? We’ll hold your item until you can return to pick it up during regular sale hours, up until close of the final day. Unfortunately, our staff will not be able to help maneuver large items.

Continue to shop while leaving items you intend to purchase on designated "hold" shelves. Jewelry or other small items may be left behind with a cashier. We ask you only “hold” items you intend to purchase out of respect to other shoppers.
