From prep to sale, our passionate team is here for you.
Step 1. Preparation
Preparing a home usually takes 1 - 2 weeks. We'll bring our 16ft trailer with equipment and tools —like tables, cloths, and shelving—to organize, clean, and spruce up your home for our signature boutique estate sale.
Step 2. Staging
Cabinets, closets, and furniture all get cleaned before the sale so customers buy pristine items in an inviting home. Dishes get washed and electronics get tested, and if we find anything personal we'll set it aside for you to pick up after the sale.

Step 3. Pricing
We want shoppers to pay fairly and clients to receive the value they deserve. From wall art to electronics, we’ve either seen it before or will research honest prices through our array of trusted sources.
Step 4. Safety
We organize our sales with safety in mind. We keep areas well-lit, position signs to direct traffic, tape stair edges and low-hanging obstructions, protect floors with plastic when necessary (rainy days or sensitive flooring), and clearly mark entries and exits.
